T.J. informs Shawn that he feels neglected because Molly has decided to spend time with Rafe instead of him. Luke learns from Tracy that she set Duke up by giving him counterfeit money. Laura believes that she needs to tell Luke about what she saw. Molly comes up with the idea of Rafe moving in with in with her and the rest of the family. Duke insists to Anna that Tracy gave him the money and Anna tells him that she can't deal with him reverting to his old ways and breaks up with him. Connie wants her life back from Kate. Laura goes to see Luke but is interrupted when Duke, Anna and Scott show up. McBain promises Rafe that he isn't going anywhere until he knows that he is going to be alright.

Tracy learns from Spinelli that A.J. has got Ellie to try and discover the recipe of Pickle Lila. Starr is distracted because of her father's trial which is about to get underway. Kate wants Sonny to tell her that he loves her. Carly tells Michael that she feels torn about her feelings for Todd. Spinelli feels conflicted about helping Tracy. Heather testifies in court that Todd played no part in switching Tea and Sam's babies and that she acted alone. After the other witness recants his statement Diane wants the charges against Todd dropped. When Sonny goes downstairs, he sees a mirror completely shattered. A.J. wants Carly to tell him about the missing heir. Carly learns that A.J. is going on a date withy Elizabeth. Ellie tells Spinelli about she has discovered about the secret ingredient in the pickle. Sabrina is encouraged by Elizabeth to tell Patrick how she feels about him. Connie regains control and vows to get even with Sonny for cheating on her with her alter ego. After Spinelli shows up at the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy asks him if he has the recipe contents. Carly is surprised to see Todd.

Carly is left feeling speechless after Todd tells her that he is a free man and wonders if there's still any hope for them to be together now. Shawn takes Molly and T.J. to talk to Kate hoping she will return the book that she stole. Sabrina promises Felix that she won't back out of telling Patrick how she really feels about him. Olivia is surprised by the arrival of Kate, unaware that Connie has gained control once again. Tracy wants Alice to get the recipe but Spinelli ends up swallowing it. A.J. informs Ellie that Tracy has paid Spinelli to get the recipe for Pickle Lila. Epiphany gives Sabrina her test results and informs her that she aced it again. Olivia becomes confused after Kate says something about her relationship with Sonny. Carly tells Todd that she has moved on with her life and points to to A.J. saying she is seeing him. Spinelli admits to Ellie that he stole the recipe but continues that he didn't give it to Tracy. Sabrina finally admits the truth to Patrick about how she feels. Todd laughs and when A.J. comes over Carly kisses him.

McBain informs Rafe that he's going to be staying with him from now on leaving Molly feeling pleased. Dante learns from his mother that Steve has pleaded guilty and believes that he will be sentenced straight away. Scott sees Laura looking at a photo of Luke. Lucy interrupts Todd and wants him to buy a table at the Nurses's Ball, but he refuses. Lulu asks her father if her mother knows that he and Anna are no longer seeing each other. McBain learns from Alexis that he doesn't meet the requirements for Rafe to live with him. Scott shares his concerns with Lucy that Laura could go back to Luke now that he is not seeing Anna anymore. Todd lets Carly know that he knows her relationship with A.J. is fake. Lulu lets her mother know that Anna and Luke are not seeing each other anymore. Sam comforts McBain after he blames himself for failing Rafe and they end up sharing a kiss. Lulu receives a present from Bobbie, but Luke has concerns. Todd attempts to get Carly to see that they need one another.

Lucy offers Scott some relationship advice. Luke believes that the gift Lulu has received isn't from Bobbie. Carly tells Todd that even though she wants him, she does not trust him. Michael gives A.J. the formula and tells him that they will soon have the secret ingredient. Sam pulls away from McBain before things go any further. Lulu opens the gift and tells everyone that it's a teddy bear with a clock on it. After Olivia sees it she faints. Sam and McBain realize that they have no future togther. Starr receives a disturbing call from Langston and tells Michael that she has to leave Port Charles straight away. Elizabeth ends up agreeing to give A.J. another chance but continues that he has to perform with her at the Nurse's Ball. Lucy helps Scott by paying Mayor Lomax a visit and blackmails her into helping her. Laura admits to Luke that she saw him and Anna kissing and he tells her they broke up after the kiss. Laura receives a call as Luke tells her that he has a question to ask her. Todd kisses Carly before leaving. Sam and McBain say goodbye to one another. Laura shows up to see Scott who tells her that they are getting married straight away.

Michael learns from Starr that she needs to go to Los Angeles and she will find out what's wrong after she gets there. She continues that he can't come with her. Anna shows at McBain's room wanting his badge, because the bureau are sending him out of town on an assignment. Carly and Sam toast one another. Laura informs Scott that she wants her daughter as her maid of honor and not Lucy. Todd vents his frustrations out on Michael and his daughter. Kevin refuses to stand up for Scott after Lucy tells him they are going to be attending his and Laura's wedding. Dante tells Patrick that his mother suffered a dizzy spell after mistaking a stuffed bear for a bomb. Lulu wants her father to stop Laura from marrying Scott before it is too late. Olivia has another vision in which the bear blows up as the clock on it hits 7:00pm. Starr agrees to allow her father to fly her to California on his private jet. Starr and Michael share a kiss before she leaves and she promises him she will be back soon. Anna tells McBain to stay safe before he leaves. Mac leaves Felicia a message. Olivia wants Dante to check on the bear. The alarm on the clock on the bear goes off as it hits 7 o'clock. Luke shows up as Laura and Scott are about to get married. Lulu is seen lying on the floor unconscious.

Mac attempts to convince Duke not to give up on Anna. Spinelli is surprised when Ellie asks him if he ever wants to start a family. Lulu continues to lay unconscious on the floor. Laura hears an important confession from Luke. Frisco attempts to convince his daughter to keep the baby instead of giving it to Dante and Lulu, and promises her that he will keep her secret. Dante ends up being knocked out by somebody as he goes to check on his wife. Felicia and Anna both reveal that they keep a picture of their exes. Laura wants Luke to tell her why Scott isn't right for her. Dante interupts them when he calls and says that Lulu has disappeared. Mac knocks out Frisco after he shows up at the Floating Rib.
