Carly wants Spinelli to give her everything he can find about Trevor Lansing. Nikolas says to Lucky that if he pushes this someone might get hurt. Alexis dismissed Carly's warnings. Kelly vows to keep her vow of abstinence, along with Dr. Archer's support. Nikolas beats up someone at the police station. Leyla asks Dr. Julian how he is holding up. Lainey tells Cody that she may have a way to exonerate him by pitting it on Jolene. Spinelli tells Carly that he is at her command. Diane tells Sonny to give her the dirt on Trevor and she will bury him. Spinelli tells Sonny of Carly's plan to take down Trevor Lansing. Lainey tells Emily of Nikolas' recent outburst. Spinelli tells Epiphany that he wants to see Jolene despite what she has done and is in a coma.

Sonny spills to Trevor that the only reason that Carly asked him over is to ask him if Johnny Zacchara killed Leticia. Nikolas tells Epiphany to apologize to Nadine, Jolene's sister when she asks to see her in ICU. Elizabeth tells Diane that she wants to make sure that Jake and Cameron stay with her and not to let anyone know that Jake is Jason's son. Alexis tells Lucky that since Jake is his biological son. Kate walks in on Kelly and Dr. Julian about to make love. Spinelli escorts Nadine to see her sister. Dr. Archer realizes that Kelly had a slip. Sonny tells Carly that just because Johnny is texting Lulu doesn't make him Leticia's killer. Robin and Leyla have it out concerning Patrick. Kate has a proposal to Jax by starting another magazine for real women who work everyday and wants him to back the idea financially. Nikolas lashes at Emily and tells her to mind her own business which concerns her. Sonny wants to know why Kate went to Jax with the idea and not him. Robin arrives at the Metro Court to see Patrick. Jerry is brought into the ER with a stab wound, Nikolas is seen in the alley with a bloody knife in his hands.

Jax questions Jerry on who might've stabbed him last night. Spinelli is shocked that Lulu is considering taking Logan back. Robin overhears Patrick and Leyla making dinner plans at his apartment. Nikolas tells Emily that he saw her take that piece of shirt from the fireplace, Emily then questions Nikolas, he assures her that he doesn't remember stabbing Jerry. Lulu thinks that Scott won't hold up his end of the bargain. Carly and Jax are shocked when Wes brings by photos that where taken of them in there home, Jax realizes that someone used Carly's phone to take the photos. Jerry tells Emily that Nikolas is the one who stabbed him. Tracy starts her massage and realizes the person who is massaging her is Luke. Carly gets a text message from someone saying "I'm watching you". Logan wants to know why Lulu is giving him a second chance.

Robin tells Kelly that she wants to be a mother, Kelly then says who'll be the father. Lulu says to Logan that Scott made her an offer. Jax tells Jerry if he's responsible behind taking those photos of him and Carly. Luke is astounded when Tracy tells him that Scott dropped the kidnapping charges against him. Carly shows Jason the recent text message that she received, Jason then says that they could be targeting her next. Nikolas tells Emily that he is worried that he might hurt her next, he then leaves hoping to get some answers. Logan tells Lulu that he doesn't want to get back together that way and walks out. Luke learns that Logan is Scott's son and is irate to learn that Lulu is involved with him. Nikolas tells Jerry that he's lying, but Jerry assures him that he did stab him. Logan lashes at Scott for blackmailing Lulu into taking him back. Luke and Scott get into it over Logan and Lulu. Leyla finds Robin's list, Patrick thinks that she's throwing a party, Robin says it's a list of potential fathers for her baby. Carly wants a shot at Johnny when Jason brings him back to his apartment.

Emily asks Nikolas if he's up to hosting a Bacchanalia right now in his condition. Jason tells Johnny that no one has to die unless he gives him answers. Trevor tells Sonny that Anthony Zacchara does not negotiate. Sonny tells Jason what he should do with Johnny. Jax tells Carly that Jerry said that Nikolas stabbed him. Luke asks Lulu not to be with a loser like Logan and to walk out on him again. Lainey tells Cody that she is getting him an attorney to make sure that he goes free. Alexis learns that Nikolas is having tests and asks him what's going on. Tracy tells Luke that Lulu will resent him if he goes after Logan and that she and Logan have a connection. Trevor overhears Johnny being yelled at by his father. Nikolas put his hands around Carly's throat and says that she should be strangles for keeping his son from him.

Carly continues her investigation into Leticia's murder. Lulu and Johnny make themselves at home in an empty cabin they stumble across. Diane almost spills that she and Max where together last night. Max tells Sonny that Nikolas went after Carly with a letter opener. Epiphany is once again caught in the middle of Patrick and Robin's argument. Logan tells Luke and Tracy that he has looked everywhere for Lulu and that none of them are going to keep them apart. Patrick overhears Robin making plans to ask Jax to be her baby's father. Lulu asks Johnny who they are running from and why. Alexis tells Jax that is it possible that Jerry could be lying until she hears of what Nikolas did to Carly, Jax learns from Alexis that Nikolas threw a glass at her. Sonny asks Carly what is going on with her and Jax. Emily helps Elizabeth move into her new home. Diane tells Alexis to get Lucky to accept whatever Elizabeth has to offer.

Jax says to Carly that maybe it's time for them to have a baby. Lulu is brought to a mysterious mansion. Robin tells Patrick that he doesn't have a say in who should be the father of her baby. Elizabeth looks on as Diane tells Lucky that his petition of guardianship of Jake was denied due to his past substance abuse and that he can't see Cameron or Jake until custody is handled at the mediation. Johnny tells Jason that his handlers could've found Lulu. Sonny tells Kate that he has to meet with Anthony Zacchara face-to-face. Nikolas tells Emily that Lucky's petition was denied. Lulu knocks out of the guys and makes a run for it. Logan asks Lucky for his help in finding Lulu.

Jason tells Carly that Sonny knows that Trevor is running Anthony's organization and that Trevor might back off. Logan tells Lulu that she should listen to her family and avoid him. Sonny tells Trevor that Port Charles is his territory and he flat out asks him if he's running Anthony's business, Kate shows up and Trevor says that she's in time to see Sonny operate. Lucky is called away on a police matter. Zacchara wants information on Lulu. Lucky stops by to see Sam and brings her flowers. Johnny assures Anthony that he will never leave the house again. Sam tells Jerry to get out of house and that she isn't going to seduce Trevor. Spinelli is told by Jason that Lulu is back home and safe. Jason learns that one of Sonny's warehouses is on fire and could've been ordered by Trevor.

Trevor orders a hit to have someone taken out, but stops as Carly walks in the room. Sonny tries to open Ric's eyes to Trevor's true nature, but Ric refuses to listen. Jason tells Spinelli that he's going to father a child and agree to stay out of his or her life. Patrick learns that Robin found someone to be her baby's father and that it's Spinelli of all people. Emily gives Jason an invitation to the upcoming Bacchanalia. Luke approaches Trevor and tells him that he'll be a front man for Anthony. Nikolas tells Sam not to bring her problems when she is working, Sam wonders why Nikolas is defending Elizabeth. Anthony assures Johnny that he'll never let any girl treat him the way his mother dead. Luke meets with Skye and asks her if he can have some of Lorenzo's property on the pier, Skye says that Ric wants to acquire it. Kate insists on believing Sonny that Trevor is no good. Lulu asks Johnny if she's in danger and if she is then by who. Spinelli asks Jason to take his place. Anthony sees Lulu showing Johnny his mother's necklace that he gave her. Nikolas has another attack and has Sam over the wall and threatens to drop her.

Luke lays into Scott and wants Lulu to have nothing to do with Logan. Carly tells Jax that she plans on asking Jason to accompany her to the ball. Spinelli literally begs Jason to help him in his time of need by finding him a date, Jason says to find one on his own. Kate goes to Jason and asks if he's heard from Sonny. Trevor asks for confirmation that Sonny is in fact dead. Jax tells Carly why is this party is so important. Johnny realizes that his father has gone after to find Lulu and will probably kill her. Spinelli asks Nadine if she'll accompany him to the ball. Georgie asks Lulu if Spinelli has a date to the Bacchanalia yet, she then goes and asks him. Luke breaks into Ric's office, but is interrupted by Lucky. Jason suspects Carly is up to something when she asks him to be her escort. Georgie is heartbroken when she sees Nadine accept his invitation. Ric catches Luke in his office and threatens to have him arrested. Anthony Zacchara spies on Lulu and Logan outside of Kelly's.

Nikolas awakens to find a dead person lying beside him. Meanwhile several hours earlier, Emily and Nikolas go and welcome their guests as they begin to arrive at the Bacchanalia. Spinelli sees how beautiful Nadine is. Johnny knocks Scott out and takes his invitation to the ball. Jerry tries to convince Alexis to take him to Wyndemere. Robin sees as Parick and Leyla arrive on the launch. Alfred tells Skye that Monica and Edward send their regards and won't be attending tonight. An emotional Nikolas tells Emily that he's afraid that he's going to do something, he openly asks her to marry him. Scott accuses Luke of taking his invitation. Georgie asks Coop to have a dance with Maxie and that she misses him. Johnny quietly asks Maxie to be his escort and she says yes after seeing Georgie and Coop together. Jason learns that Anthony is in Port Charles. Sam watches as Lucky and Elizabeth share a dance. Carly texts the person to see if he's at the party already. Nikolas announces his engagement to Emily and an endowment in Alan Quartermaine's memory. Luke says to Logan that Lulu isn't going home with him tonight. Anthony makes sure that no one leaves the party.
