As Skye, Carly and Blair argue, Todd goes and opens the door and sees that it is not Tomas standing there. Dante and Lulu are happy that Maxie is going to be their surrogate and they celebrate the news. Helena and Robert come face to face. Ellie asks Maxie to come over and talk and she reveals that Spinelli told her about the ultimatum. The C.I.A agent informs Téa that he has information about her brother and Blair learns that Tomas was called back to active duty. Robert wants Helena to tell him where her former associate Cesar Faison currently is. Helena wonders why he needs to find Cesar so badly. Duke informs Anna that he has an idea on how to get back what they once had by going away together. Anna thinks about the idea. Spinelli is left feeling shocked after Maxie tells him about her plan to carry a baby for Dante and Lulu. Carly shows Agent King a photograph of Tomas and asks him what his real name is, but he replies that he can't divulge any information to them. Balir slaps Todd after she thinks that he is behind what has happened and Carly steps in to defend him. Skye, Téa and Blair become determined to find Tomas and bring him home. Faison receives a call from Helena who lets him know that Robert is onto him.

Tracy gets ready for Sam to show up while A.J. goes to see his lawyer. McBain asks Anna for a position within the department and explains to her the reasons why he can't return to Llanview. He ends up accepting a position to become Dante's new partner. Duke calls Dr. Obrecht wanting to know how Robert managed to work out who he really is. He wants her to eliminate Robert while he is away with Anna. Robert pays Dante a vist with a plan to try and get Faison. Patrick asks Sabrina if she is ready for their breakfast meeting and Felix sees something more. Felicia refuses to support her daughter's decision to be a surrogate for Dante and Lulu. A.J. returns from his meeting and informs Sam that Tracy is after her E.L.Q. stock. Felix helps Sabrina get ready for here meeting with Patrick. Dr. Obrecht calls Faison and informs him that Robert has broken into his apartment. Sabrina and Patrick go over the list of possible donors. Sam learns from McBain that he is now working for the PCPD and that he will find out the identity of the person who shot Jason. Maxie starts the treatment with Lulu supporting her. Robert informs Anna that Duke Lavery is really Cesar Faison.

Sonny tells Carly that there is a chance that he could have made the situation with Michael worse after he saw Connie tied to a chair in one of his warehouses. Starr confronts her father about the possiblity that he played a part in making Tomas disappear before he could marry her mother. Connie tells Johnny about what happened to her and is left feeling shocked after he says that he didn't have a care in the world. Anna insists to Robert that Faison is dead and that he is not pretending to be Duke. A.J. asks Diane if there is a chance that he will end up spending the rest of his life in prison. She tells him that she is working to make sure that it never happens. Todd tells his daughter that he never got the chance to take a look at Molly's book. Starr realizes that that Connie took off with it. Molly becomes upset after she discovers that her manuscript has been deleted from her laptop. Duke wants to know if Anna believes what Robert told her about him. Carly asks Todd if there's any news about Tomas. A.J. informs Diane that he saw Faison while he was recuperating at a clinic in Switzerland and shows her a photograph to prove he is telling the truth. Starr wants Johnny to tell her what Connie is holding over him. Anna calls the police station to have Robert arrested.

Alexis attempts to improve Sam's spirits by giving her some holiday decorations. Kristina is surprised to see Trey after he delivers the tree to the penthouse. Dante learns from his wife that Maxie is having some kind of allergic reaction after he shows up at the hospital. Carly has a run in with Johnny at Kelly's, and he decides to tell her the real reason he married Connie. Robert and McBain learn from Anna that she saw Faison and Duke in the same room together. Molly learns from Todd that the manuscript was submitted to be published by Connie, and that he is powerless to stop it from being published. Maxie wants to know if she will be able to carry Lulu's baby to full term. Molly refuses to allow Connie get away with stealing her book. Kristina learns from Trey that he has decided to leave Port Charles and he asks her to come with him. Sam tells her mother that she believes that Jason is still alive. Lulu feels relieved after Britt informs her that Maxie's food allergy won't interfere with the surrogacy. After Robert manages to subdue Duke by splashing some oil on his face it dissolves the mask, revealing Faison. Todd tries to find out from Carly if there is any chance that she will end up taking Johnny back. Connie learns from Johnny that he wants a divorce and that he is going to confess to what she is holding over him.

Dr. Obrecht ends up letting it slip to Robin that Faison has been arrested. Olivia suffers with another hallucination. Robert believes that Anna was vulnerable because she was grieving for their daughter. Patrick learns from Sabrina that Felix is going to arrange for her to meet with Lucy Coe. Robin attempts to convince Dr. Obrecht now that the plan is over she should let her go. Dr. Obrecht decides to eliminate her instead. Maxie has something important that she needs to tell Dante and Lulu. Anna wonders if Duke is actually still alive. Felix informs Sabrina and Patrick that they are standing under mistletoe but Britt shows up and kisses Patrick instead. Dante wants Lulu's help. Dr. Obrecht is confronted by Robert and Anna who demand to be told the truth.

Duke attempts to assure that it is really is him and not Faison. Patrick talks to Mac about seeing visions of Robin. Maxie decides that she can not tell Lulu and Dante that she can't carry their baby for them. Dr. Obrecht informs Robin that she no choice but to kill her. Sabrina and Felix run into Bree before they're able to enter into Lucy's office. Robert hears a voice and is shocked to discover that his daughter is still alive. Anna learns from Duke that Faison tried to kill him because he fed him a false memory. Olivia sees Spinelli holding a puppy. Robin watches as Dr. Obrecht injects her father with a syringe after she manages to overpower him. Patrick and Emma decorate the Chrstmas tree. Anna tells Duke about Robin's death. Anna and Duke start to beleive that there is a chance that Robin could still be alive and also at the clinic. Anna and Duke enter the room that Robin was in and Anna is shocked by what she sees. Sabrina finally ends up meeting Lucy.

Anna and Duke find Robert fighting for his very survival in the room. Sabrina wants Lucy's help to try and revive the Nurses's Ball which she agrees to do. Maxie informs Spinelli about the second thoughts she was having about carrying Lulu and Dante's baby and shares with him the reasons why. Robert attempts to talk to Anna but passes out before he can tell her that their daughter is still alive. Patrick discovers an emotional video from Robin. Felix comes up with the idea that Lucy completely underwrites the ball, and she is forced to admit that her assets have been frozen. Britt wants to know why Elizabeth is suddenly defending Sabrina who is clearly in love with Patrick. Elizabeth ends up telling her that she believes that Sabrina is much more suited to Patrick than she is. Ellie hears Spinelli telling Maxie about his feelings. Britt shows up at Patrick's door with the film "Christina Come Home for Christmas" that she deliberately took from Elizabeth. Robert is given a drug to try and counteract what he was injected with. Lucy thinks back to the past. Dr. Obrecht gives Robin to Jerry Jacks.

Olivia suffers with a hallucination which involves Spinelli rushing Maxie to the hospital. Carly gives Michael his E.L.Q. voting proxy as a Christmas present. Todd tries to find out from Connie what she has done to Johnny. Trey asks Kristina if she has come to a decision about leaving town with him. Starr asks Michael whether they will be spending Christmas with Sonny or the Quatermaine family. Maxie begins to suffer with some intense cramps and Spinelli asks her if everything is alright. Lucy informs both A.J. and Tracy that they are going to need to do a lot better then what they have to offer her. Carly is asked by Todd if she would like to celebrate Christmas with him. Kristina gives Trey an answer. Steve calls Olivia informing her that Maxie was just brought into the hospital and she realizes that her vision was true. Ellie tells Spinelli that she has decided to break up with him. Michael and Starr make love. Maxie shares the good news that she is in pregnant.

Starr informs Michael that she believes that there's more to the reason why Johnny really married Connie. Lulu asks Maxie why she called Spinelli for help instead of her and Dante. Sonny learns from Michael that he didn't spend Christmas with A.J. and that he spent the night with Starr. Connie is able to stop Starr from finding Johnny in his office. Maxie asks Lulu if she regrets choosing her to be her surrogate. Ellie agrees to meet Spinelli on the hospital roof at midnight on one condition. Sonny doesn't like the choices that his daughter has made.

Starr is caught by Connie attempting to call the police and she knocking her out and then tells Johnny that it's his fault. Sonny warns Trey that he had better watch out for his daughter. Britt tells Patrick that Lucy's financial situation hasn't changed. Todd wants Carly to agree to go on a date with him. Michael discovers Starr unconscious and she tells him that Connie is responsible and that she had Johnny tied up. Lucy informs Sabrina that E.L.Q. is going to cover the costs of the Nurse's Ball as A.J. and Tracy show up and she asks them which one of them is going to write the cheque. Kristina hears a noise coming from the trunk of Connie's car as Trey is saying goodbye to his mother.

Carly wants Todd to tell her the reason why he switched the babies and lied to her. Anna receives a call from Luke and she tells him that he was right Duke being an impostor, as the real Duke listens to their conversation. Spinelli admits to Ellie that he spent the evening with Maxie after getting drunk. Anna tries to find out from Robert's doctor if he is going to be OK. Maxie comes close to telling Lulu and Dante about the miscarriage, but she is interrupted by a call from Luke. Sam learns from McBain that Faison is the person that shot Jason and he is able to get her to see that Jason won't be coming back. Britt lies to Sabrina when she tells her that her actions are making Patrick feel uncomfortable and that she needs to distance herself from him. Duke attempts to comfort an upset Anna. Eliie has no feelings in her legs and asks Patrick if she will ever be able to walk again. Todd lets something slip which makes Carly realize that he knew the truth about Danny's paternity before Sam and that he allowed Jason to die not knowing the truth. Sabrina tells Patrick that she can't babysit for him anymore after taking Britt's advise.

Diane informs Todd that after the stunt he pulled he is now considered a flight risk. McBain wakes up and learns from Sam that what happened last night wasn't a dream. Monica shows Tracy the headline in the newspaper featuring Lucy's arrest. Lucy sees Duke and calls him Joshua and informs Felicia that she needs to finish what she started. Sam finds out that Todd knew the truth about Danny's paternity all along. McBain quizzes Anna about why she isn't happy that Duke is finally back in her life. Anna explains that when she sees Duke she sees Faison but she will work through it.A.J. sees that he could gain control of E.L.Q. after all.

Kevin shows up in Port Charles and informs Alexis, Sam and McBain that Lucy has been delusional for a long time about him having a daughter called Livvie who doeesn't exist and he also tells them about her obsession with angels and demons. Olivia finds out from Sonny about Kristina trying to kill Connie. Alison Barrington returns to Port Charles and tells her son Rafe about Lucy being their only ally. Tracy ends up attempting to stop Connie from printing the story but she is too late. Starr threatens to expose her father's plan by using past evidence that she has on him. Alexis attempts to make Kevin realize that he must stay in Port Charles for Lucy's sake. Connie tells A.J. that Sonny gave her the story. When Alison sees John she calls him "Caleb".

Todd, Heather and Lucy show up at Wyndemere where they attempt to regroup. Starr learns about her father's escape from Ferncliff. Shawn thinks that Sonny should make Connie disappear as she is the only witness to Kristina's attack. Kristina learns from her mother that she has done everything that she can to try and convince Connie to back down and drop the charges. Molly secretly goes to see Rafe and asks him if he killed his mother. Olivia attempts to get through to Connie and to go easy on Kristina. Sam learns from McBain that his partial print was found on the weapon that maybe Rafe is telling the truth. Todd pays his daughter a visit to say goodbye. T.J. learns that Molly went to see Rafe. McBain pays Rafe a visit to discuss who really killed his mother. Connie enters the courtroom and declares that Kristina is not guilty. Todd sees that his safe is empty. Lucy is frightened when Caleb appears infront of her.

Lucy has a vivid dream involving Caleb. Tracy wants to know if Luke has any information about the identity of the so called Quartermaine heir. Carly shows up and admits toTodd that she stole the contents of his safe. She attempts to convince him to call the police and turn himself in. Connie makes a statement before Kristina's arraignment begins saying that she isn't guilty. T.J. attempts to make Molly see that Rafe is no good. Anna learns from one of her officers that a partial print of McBain's was discovered on the murder weapon. Todd wants Carly to run away with him. McBain learns from Rafe that he remembers that the person who killed his mother was wearing a specific ring. Sonny wants Connie to tell Michael the truth. Federal Agents show up to inform Tracy that she is under arrest. Luke shows up at Todd's office as Carly and Todd come close to sharing a kiss. Lucy points a gun at Anna. Caleb goes to see Rafe.

Lucy attempts to make amends with both Anna and Kevin. Caleb runs into Heather on the pier. She later finds Todd and tells him that McBain is out on the pier. After Alexis knocks on Molly's door asking her if she has anyone in her room, Rafe is forced to hide. Sam learns from McBain that he was meeting with a professor at the University taking about vampires. Todd ends up realizing that Heather and him are both booked on the same charter boat. Sam asks her mother to look after Danny for her. Caleb goes to see Professor Mosser and ends up killing him. Britt changes a toxicology report making Sabrina look guilty. Olivia suffers with a hallucination featuring Heather dressed as a nurse. Todd decides that leaving town is the best thing to do. McBain and Lucy come face to face. Heather shows up at Alexis' house. Sam goes to Professor Mosser's office not knowing that Caleb is inside.

Todd learns from Quint that they can't leave until the other passenger shows up. McBain tells Lucy that he believes that Caleb really exists and that Rafe is in danger and they need to work together. Heather threatens to call Alexis if Rafe doesn't give her Danny. Carly finds out about Starr being the new half owner of the Haunted Star and they both celebrate Todd escaping. Kristina catches her sister with some food and knows that she has somebody in her room. Sam finds Professor Mosser dead and notices what looks like bite marks on his neck. Todd has to fend for himself after Quint refuses to allow him on his boat. Anna tells Sam that even though the professor is dead, it doesn't clear McBain of the charges against him. Molly rushes to tell her mother that Heather has taken Danny. Todd sees Caleb strangling Heather and then throwing her in the harbor. Todd then attempts to stop him leaving with Sam's baby. Anna shows up and tells Todd not to move.

Sonny wants to take over Johnny's territory, but Shawn warns him that he'll have to go through Connie first. Carly shows up as Todd tells Anna that he was trying to stop McBain from leaving with Danny. As Kristina begins her community service, she runs into Johnny. Diane strategizes with Connie about how she is going to be able pay her legal costs. Alexis is not happy after she works out just how far her daughter went to try and protect Rafe. Todd insists to Carly that he isn't lying to her and he hopes that she will stand by him. Connie and Sonny end up being alone together and end up sharing a Valentine's Day memory. After Sam turns around she sees McBain. She then tells him that she knows that he is Caleb. T.J. tells Molly that he doesn't think that he can trust her anymore after learning that Rafe spent the night in her room. After giving her a gift he then leaves. McBain insists to Anna that she has to release him so that he can go and find Sam and Danny.

Scott is accused by Luke of stalking Laura. Alexis and Shawn go to Sam's penthouse after they are unable to get hold of her. Duke learns from Anna that her relationship with Luke is over. Olivia tells Steve about her upsetting vision of him covered in blood. Todd offers to look out for Rafe. Kate learns from Sonny that Connie was in control for the last five months and fills her in on what has happened since then. Luke is shocked after he learns about Laura and Scott's marriage plans. Alexis is concerned that somebody could have taken Sam. Kate leaves and goes to see Olivia after Sonny admits that he intentionally slept with Connie. McBain learns from Anna that Sam and Danny have been taken.

Sonny tells Michael about Kate regaining control from Connie last night and that he needs to find her. A.J. ends up making a surprising offer to Tracy which would result in them working together. Rafe tells McBain that he feels everything that has happened is his fault because handed Danny over to Heather in the first place. Steve cautions Olivia to be careful incase Connie wakes up instead of Kate. Lucy tells Molly that Caleb took Sam because he believes that she is "Livvie". She then asks her to break Rafe out of jail. Steve tells his sister about Olivia's hallucination. McBain wants Molly to release him and Rafe after seeing her with the keys. A.J. suffers another panic attack and wants Tracy to call Elizabeth. Olivia tells Kate the truth about the secret that Connie had over Johnny. Lucy causes a fire creating a distraction to allow her to escape.

Lulu receives an unwelcome visit from Scott who informs her that her mother has agreed to marry him. Anna informs Alexis that Molly has helped three prisoners escape from police custody. Tracy informs Luke that she could have found a way to get A.J. to step down as C.E.O. Olivia attempts to explain to Kate about Trey as Sonny shows up. McBain, Lucy and Rafe take a look around Professor Mosser's office, and discover who Caleb really is after discovering some research on Stephen Clay. Scott learns from Anna about Lucy's escape after he goes to see her at the police station. Sonny breaks the news to Kate that Trey died which Kate refuses to believe. Luke starts to wonder that maybe Helena wasn't the person who sent his daughter the Ice Princess replica. Sam wakes up and sees Caleb standing over her and he welcomes her to her new home.

Patrick talks at an AA meeting at the hospital about why he took drugs and what made him stop. Steve shares with his sister how worried he is about Olivia's latest vision involving him. Patrick lights a candle for Robin in the hospital chapel and Sabrina is there. Sabrina tells him how lucky his daughter is to have him and she tells him how her own mother passed away when she was little as well. Sabrina ends up lighting a candle as well. Starr goes to the roadside where Cole and Hope died while someone watches her from the woods. Michael later joins her and he remembers back to the accident and the time they first met. They end up making a wish on a shooting star. After they leave a man comes out and looks at the roadside memorial. Kate wants to be told about her son's final moments from Sonny and Olivia and is furious after she finds out that Connie was the one who took Trey off life support. After an upset Kate leaves, Sonny goes after her. Heather shows up with a knife at Olivia's door. Anna learns about the break-in at the university, and the description of those involved matches John, Rafe and Lucy. John reads about the hypnosis dream state vampires can communicate in. Lucy was at Wyndemere as she dreamed of Caleb and wants to go there again now. John still refuses to believe that Caleb is a vampire, just musician Steven Clay who believed that he was a vampire. After they leave, Anna shows up and sees the article about escaped mental patient Steven Clay and notices that some weapons are missing. Sam wakes up at Wyndemere and is welcolmed home by Caleb. She has a couple of bite marks on her neck and is feeling weak. She is worried for her son but Caleb assures her he would never hurt him. He wants her to remember who they are to each other. After he slept with Alison and she had his child, he tells her that it was Livvie’s fault for making that wish. She then hurt him after she ran off and had a child with some body but he will accept her son if she accepts his. He then tells her that it takes three times to taste her blood before it will all come back to her. Lucy and the others show up and Lucy shouts out to Caleb. She busts into the room but only Danny is inside. Caleb has Sam hidden inside a closet.
