Ethan begs Kristina to tell the truth, but Sam comes in and calls the police. Jason shares his concerns for Kristina with Carly. Diane gives her opening statement at Sonny's trial. Lucky makes a clean break with Elizabeth and that he listened as Epiphany read the test results. Monica explains to Maxie she's on anti-biotics and can't have any stress. Lucky arrests Ethan for violating the restraining order. Nikolas brings Spencer to see Elizabeth, so she can explain to him about the baby. Tracy calls Ethan a fool for getting himself back in jail yet again. Spinelli shows Maxie a serious of photos from his laptop of their time together. Carly comes to visit Kristina and brings her stuff and talks with her about the time she slept with an older man. Luke returns home and says to Ethan that he's gotten himself in a dire situation.

Luke appeals to Sonny on Ethan's behalf. Jax prevents Claire from discovering Michael's location. Carly shares with Jason about her suspicion that Kiefer beat Kristina. Robin and Patrick once again butt heads over Sonny. Lulu and Dante's romance remains strong.

Sonny asks Diane what the maximum sentence Ethan could get if convicted. Michael tell Carly he's certain that Kiefer attacked Kristina. Claire wonders how well Johnny will perform on the witness stand. Sonny decides to let Ethan live for the time being. Olivia helps Johnny by going over the questions Claire will be asking him. Lucky tries to give Ethan some insight into Luke. Kiefer loses it when he discovers Kristina doesn't want to press charges against Ethan. Diane tells Jason not to tell Sonny about Kristina lying and saying that it wasn't Ethan. Johnny gets mad when Claire goes over questions that aren't on the list. Alexis tells Lucky she wants to discuss the charges against Ethan.

Alexis says that the charges are being dropped and Ethan is to be released. Carly comes home and tells Sonny that Michael knows about Kristina's attack. Claire tells Johnny she won't be needing him as a witness. Jason admits to Sonny and Carly that Michael confided to Kristina, Morgan and Molly about him killing Claudia. Spinelli apologizes for interrupting Lulu and Maxie's conversation. Luke tells Tracy that Kristina's attacker is still out there. Maxie gets a visit from Georgie's ghost and says it's up to here if she wants to live or die. Johnny clashes with Dante at the police station over the loyalty he has for his father. Morgan asks Dante if he really wants their dad in jail, Sonny walks in and sees them. Luke implores Kristina to tell the truth. Claire overhears Sonny murderous tirade against Ethan.

Sam asks Jason if he believes Kristina and not Ethan. Luke tells Alexis there never gonna know the truth and has to reopen the case. Dante tells Morgan not to talk to Ronnie if he comes up to him ever again. Judge Carroll cautions everyone and sees Kristina crying and Sonny sees that she heard everything. Elizabeth tells Steve that she's checking herself out of Shady Brook. Tracy tells Nikolas that she's reserving her judgement on Ethan's guilt. Ethan thinks with everyone against him he should leave town for good. Nikolas goes to see Elizabeth and doesn't think she's ready to leave the hospital yet. Dante tells Carly that Morgan should avoid the cops. Luke tells Ethan not to leave and if so he'll track him down personally. Sonny tries to explain to Kristina, but she says that she believes Johnny about what he said on the stand. Diane tells Carly and Jason that the trial could be over and Sonny is pretty much convicted after what transpired.

Maya learns from Lucky how Mary Mae and the rest of the family where important to him in his childhood. Dante continues to quiz Kristina. Coleman is seen sharing a kiss with Kate at the Metro by the judge in Sonny‘s trial. Lucky receives a call from Dante who informs him he has got a lead on who really attacked Kristina. Robin is subpoenaed to testify at Sonny's trial. When Johnny takes the stand again, Diane cautions Sonny not to have another outburst. Elizabeth reads the results of the second paternity test whch reveal Nikolas is the father of her unborn child. Helena thanks the lab tech for changing the second set of results to match the first. Edward is pleased that both and Maya are in Port Charles. Tracy pays Jax a visit and informs him she has a project for him. As Robin gives her testimony making Sonny sound like a saint, Patrick shows up at the courtroom. Luke tries to find out from Skye why she decided to return to Port Charles. Claire questions Robin on the stand and manages to make her paint Sonny in a negative light. Dante and Lucky question Kiefer at Kelly's.

When Edward tries to force Steven into accepting Maya into the internship program at the hospital he refuses to be bullied. After being impressed by her, Steven ends up offering Maya a place on the course. Michael is caught by Max. After finding her daughter badly beaten Alexis leaves to take her to the hospital. Skye sees Ethan packing a bag. As Kiefer is walking down the road Alexis hits him with her car and doesn't stop. Lucky tries to get hold of both Ethan and Kiefer. Sonny tells Jason he wants him to eliminate Ethan and when Jason shows up at the Haunted Star he runs into Lucky instead. Maxie is able to hold her own as Claire questions her. Sonny, Alexis and Dante learn from Kristina that it was Kiefer who attacked her. Maxie learns the truth from Spinelli that Michael was actually the one who killed Claudia. Sonny lets Carly know that him being acquitted at the trial could all come down to her testimony.

Molly tells her sister that she feels partly to blame for everything that has happened as she encouraged her to date Kiefer. Sam also blames herself for not being there for her sister. Sam breaks the news to Kristina that Kiefer has been killed and she breaks down. Ethan learns from Lucky that his car has been in to be looked at and if it comes back clean then he will be in the clear. Olivia learns from Dante about his fight with Sonny. Warren puts up a reward to find his son's killer. Ethan learns from Lucky that Kiefer is dead. Johnny surprises Olivia by asking her to move in with him. When Dante brings up the fact that his mother almost had an abortion it hits a nerve with Lulu. Lucky is forced to arrest Ethan when forensics discover that it look like his car did hit somebody. Kristina tries to find out from her father and Jason if they were involved in Kiefer's death. Alexis listens to a news bulletin saying Ethan has been arrested.

Dante's is held in contempt following his outburst in the courtroom. Ethan is warned by his brother that he making things worse for himself by having a go at Kristina. Mac hears the truth from Alexis about hitting Kiefer with her car. Both Claire and Diane are warned by the judge that if they pull any more stunts then he will declare the trial a mistrial. Luke thinks that everyone in Port Charles owes Ethan an apology. Dante receives a visit whilst being held in custody by Sonny who wants him to quit his job and come and work for him. Kristina learns the truth from her mother about hitting Kiefer with her car and she insists it was an accident. Ethan thinks that he should say sorry to Kristina for his outburst at the hospital. Jax is furious with Claire for using Morgan the way she did. Melinda is furious when she learns the truth about her son's death and goes to the hospital to confront Alexis. Lulu goes to see Dante and they share a close moment. Sonny is offered a deal by Claire.

Kristina becomes upset as her mother and Melinda fight and Maya has to break them up. Sonny considers the deal that Claire has offered him which would bring an end to his trial. Lulu lets Dante know what ever job he did she would still love him. Jax learns the truth from Alexis about being responsible for Kiefer's death. Carly ends up fighting with Jax again. Kristina receives a visit from Ethan who says sorry for the way he acted when he last saw her. Carly tells Jason about her latest fight with Jax. Warren Bauer pays Kristina a visit and informs her that if her mother had called for help at the time she hit Kiefer with her car he would still be alive. Jason doesn't think that Sonny should take the deal offered to him by Claire and offers to spend time in prison instead himself. Alexis and Jax discover Warren having a go at Kristina. Sonny refuses to let Jason to go to prison in his place.

Even though Morgan doesn't incriminate Sonny or Michael whilst being questioned Diane realizes his testimony did little to help Sonny's case. Jason tries to ease Carly's worries before she takes the witness stand. Jax tries to convince Michael that the best thing he can do for Sonny is to stay on the island until the trial is over. Dante is able to let Jason know that Ronnie is traveling to the island to look for Michael. Ronnie shows up on the island with a subpoena. Warren is determined to see Alexis brought to justice.

Jax is able to stop Ronnie from finding Michael by telling him that he's on the island to take a look around as he wants to buy it once Sonny is convicted. Carly is able to hold it together whilst questioned on the witness stand. Morgan lets Molly know that he has thought of a way to keep Warren Bauer quiet. Kristina remembers the different times that Kiefer attacked her. Morgan turns to Dante for help in dealing with Warren. Max receives call from Jason telling him to move Michael to a new location. Carly gives her version of events of what happened on the night Claudia died. Molly lets Morgan know there is somebody else who could help them. Warren remains determined to see Alexis behind bars for killing his son. Claire is certain that Carly delivered her baby well before Sonny got there. Molly asks Jason to deal with Warren. Warren ends up being punched by Sam when he implies that her sister got what she deserved. Morgan receives a call from his brother and learns his new location. Sonny kisses Carly. Claire warns Dante that unless Michael is brought to testify, Sonny will probably end up walking a free man.

Jason and Sam learn that Michael has disappeared and that Max and Milo spent the night in cell. When Lulu finds Michael at Dante's apartment he admits to her that he is the person who killed Claudia. Jax finds out about the kiss that Carly shared with Sonny. Lucky meets Shirley and Elizabeth sees them talking. Lucky notices that Elizabeth has become attached to her. Lulu thinks Michael needs to tell the truth. Things aren't look up for Sonny after Coleman's outburst ends up with him being dismissed and held in contempt of court. Luke tells his wife that he believes that Helena is up to something. Dante gets the proof that Michael killed Claudia and not Sonny. Lucky isn't happy when he hears Helena issuing insults at Elizabeth. When Jason shows up at Dante's apartment he finds nobody there. Lulu takes Michael back to her place. The jurors leave the courtroom to make their decision. Sonny is confronted by Dante.

Claire shows up at Dante's apartment knowing Jason is there and if Dante goes missing he'll be her number one suspect. Maxie returns home to find Michael there with Lulu who refuses to allow her to use the telephone. When Olivia hears Carly arguing with Jax she warns her not to loose the best thing that has ever happened to her. Jason turns to Spinelli for hep in finding Michael and getting him away from Dante and out of America. The jurors deliberate. Sonny learns from Dante that he has the shirt Michael was wearing which is covered in Claudia's blood. Sonny insists to Dante that Michael never intended to kill Claudia. Skye tells Luke she returned to Port Charles as she needs his help to find the money that Lorenzo Alcazar his before his death. Maxie offers Jason and Spinelli her assistance. Sonny informs Jason that he hopes he has managed to convince Dante not to say anything. Dante and Lulu discover that Michael had disappeared after they return home. Tracy sees Skye all over her husband. Michael makes a mysterious telephone call asking somebody to meet him.
